DAKSH organised an incredibly engaging, closed-door discussion on “The Future of Insolvency Practice in India” in Hyderabad on July 10th.

Bringing together Insolvency Professionals, former NCLT Members, CAs, lawyers and bankers under one roof made for some of the most candid, sharp, and interactive conversations we’ve had!

From breaking down exactly where value gets lost in the IBC lifecycle to debating statutory timelines, increasing the quantity and quality of benches, accountability, and shifting the mindset from “getting money back” to true business revival. It was a deeply collaborative room full of passionate people mapping out real, actionable institutional reforms.
