Donations cannot be refunded except in case of fraud or duplicate transactions. Please email at communications@dakshindia.org within 14 days of payment to request a refund.
A donation to the DAKSH does not entitle you to any goods, services, or any other consideration.
Funds are used in accordance with our goals as dictated by our vision and mission.

Disclaimer

While we have done everything in our capacity to safeguard the collected data necessary for donations in India, PAN and address details of donors are mandatory for contributing to DAKSH. These help us ascertain the Indian citizenship of our donor community and support them in filing tax exemptions, such as the 10BD and 80G. All donors will receive a certificate of donation after the completion of the payments.
